Our core activity is surface mining, but we are rapidly growing property development businesses.   Our focus is on unlocking added value by making effective use of the Group’s assets and expertise across all our businesses.

• Scottish Coal – the largest UK surface coal producer, and the 2nd largest UK coal producer.
• Castlebridge Plant – owner of one of the largest heavy earth moving fleets in Europe.
• SRG Estates – developing a 13,000ha land portfolio in Southern Scotland including a series of major projects.
